Creating a new mystery takes an average of two months. We always start on location: we go to the city and look for settings, buildings, and details that can carry the story. Then we delve into the city's history, so that each mystery has a clear local connection.
The creation itself takes about a month. When the first draft is ready, we return to the city and play through the entire mystery on location. Then we adjust the route, clues, difficulty level, and story.
Finally, several selected groups conduct pilot runs. We collect their feedback, fix what needs improvement, and do not release the mystery until the entire experience is polished. From the first city visit to the finished mystery, the process takes about two months.
