Frequently asked questions
A few things that can often be resolved quickly right away.
How quickly do you respond?
We will respond as soon as possible. If it concerns an order, please include the order number so we can find it right away.
I want to become a retailer, where do I begin?
Select the Retailer topic in the form and briefly describe the business, location, and approximate volume. Then we can get back to you with the right plan.
Can you create your own mystery?
Yes. Send the location, target audience, preferred format, and timeline, and we will put together a proposal on how the mystery can be created.
